Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect through csbusinesssoutuions.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. CS Business Solutions LLC ("we") is a private consulting firm. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with GSA, SBA, or SAM.gov.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, company, email, phone, NAICS codes, set-aside interest, solicitation numbers, readiness-quiz answers and score, and anything you type into our forms.
- Information collected automatically: standard web server logs from Amazon CloudFront (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps). We do not run advertising trackers on this Site.
- Browser storage: the capability-statement builder, readiness quiz, and intake form save your entries in local storage on your own device so you do not lose work. That data stays on your device unless you submit a form.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, prepare a readiness review, and quote services you asked about.
- To contact you by email, phone, or SMS about your request. You may opt out at any time; reply STOP to any text.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our business: Amazon Web Services (hosting), GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (customer relationship management, email and SMS), and, if you purchase a service, Stripe (payments). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Government accounts
We never ask for your Login.gov, SAM.gov, or MySBA passwords. When we assist with a registration or application, we work through a role you grant us inside your own account, or alongside you on a call.
Retention and security
We keep intake records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). Credentials for our systems are stored in AWS Secrets Manager and are never placed in website code.
Your choices and rights
Email business_management@aol.com to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to withdraw marketing consent. Florida residents may also have rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights where it applies.
Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
